AlternaTIFF is a browser plug-in designed to allow the user to view TIFF image files contained on any webpage you visit. It comes in two shapes: an ActiveX control or a plugin for other browsers than Internet Explorer, such as Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome.

Once the application is installed on your computer, all common TIFF images will be displayed within the browser. However, in order to make it work, you must go through a free registration process during the setup.
