- To address this copy the third party component DLL's from the 32 bit (C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft SQL Server100DTSPipelineComponents) folder to the 64 bit (C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server100DTSPipelineComponents) folder. This may cause some unexpected side effects when you use these components, so I wouldn't be doing this on a production server...
- The underlying issue is that the Application.PipelineComponentInfos on a 64 bit platform doesn't enumerate the 32 bit components...
