DVD Prep is a front end to mencoder which is a great program and is what does all the processing behind the scenes.
It just makes it a little more convenient to use for this specific purpose.
Requirements:
￭ Windows .NET Framework 2.0
￭ Mencoder which is available by downloading Mplayer. Note there are two Mplayer downloads for Windows. Don't get the GUI one as it doesn't include mencoder.
