PhotoEffects is a straightforward application that comes in handy for everyone who wants to quickly create amazing-looking photos with the help of the provided filters and share them via email.

It's wrapped in a modern and user-friendly layout, divided into the effects menu and the working area. The app is installed through the Windows Store and occupies little space. Due to its simplicity, even those inexperienced in using image editors can easily modify their pictures.

Even though it provides an extensive selection of filters, the lack of basic functions limits the user's ability to fully customize the pictures.
