Although the rotate button in the toolbar works, the rotate entry in the "Edit" menu doesn't. Furthermore, the password protection feature experienced an erratic behavior during our evaluation: the tool successfully created a protected document in some cases and failed to do so otherwise, although no errors were signaled and no kind of changes were made between the saving tasks.
