On restore operation:
strarc -x [-z:CMD] [-8] [-l|v] [-s:aclst] [-o[:afn]] [-b:SIZE] [-e:EXCLUDE[,...]] [-i:INCLUDE[,...]] [-d:DIR] [ARCHIVE]
On archive test / listing operation:
strarc -t [-z:CMD] [-v] [-b:SIZE] [-e:EXCLUDE[,...]] [-i:INCLUDE[,...]] [ARCHIVE]
Options:
-c Backup operation. Default archive output is stdout. If an archive
filename is given, that file is overwritten if not the -a switch is
also specified.
-x Restore operation. Default archive input is stdin.
-t Read archive and display filenames and possible errors but no
extracting. Default archive input is stdin.
ChangeLog
- The compression and sparse state of alternate data streams are not backed up / restored.
- Short 8.3 filenames as alternate names can only be restored on Windows XP, Server 2003 or later.
- The encryption attribute is not restored.
